There's an instance when reading something gives off a kind of relief but this book felt like a wall, you can't feel anything from it that brings sense of emotions, it was purely evil.
Like, okay he's sick and hurt but his inhumane methods blast you of predetermined thoughts that simply it isn't worth reading it.

It is good and as a women I did enjoy it because its a good insight into some very messed up misogynistic incel thinking. Basically half the book is the anonymous author complaining about his life and taking his own self hatred out on women by making them fall in love with him and then proceeding to cruelly twist the knife before leaving them callously. The second half of the book is a women doing the exact same to him. It is a good quick read that is interesting and disturbed. If you ever thought “wow what was that narcissistic sadistic asshole ex of mine thinking” read the first half, then read the rest of it for catharsis.

This book is split into three sections, the second being probably the worst, jumping from topic to topic in ways that are almost hard to follow. Anytime I felt the plot was moving in some sort of coherent direction, the subject was switched to something else for our anonymous narrator to ramble about. This felt like reading Holden Caulfield's diary if he was an even worse person and a recovering alcoholic. This was an easy read and I made it to the end, I'll give the book that, but I doubt I would read this again.
