A really deep psychological stream of consciousness from a perceived protagonist with a mind comparable to that of a serial killer. I loved it, I loved trying to understand him, and I loved partially feeling a sort of relationship with him through his journey in recovery. Totally recommend.

This book is painful to read, due to how narcissistic the author is. That being said it is one of my favorite books! If you intend to read it, don’t over analyze it, take it as it is.

Waste of time to read in my opinion. I don’t really get it. It’s kind of pretentious. It isn’t at all about what it claims to be about, and the metaphors fall flat.

I honestly just skim read most of it after page 32.  I didnt care for it I honestly thought it was just so depressing and it was focused on him hurting people (women) because he was hurt multiple times. I didnt agree in how the author wrote about women. Just wasnt a fan
