She is so insecure thinking they are breaking up at every conversation
They are so toxic and it barely changes but I can’t stop until I finish the series. The last 10%?! -chefs kiss- I also feel like I’m just here for Ronan at this point and it’s so sad
I was hoping that some sort of character development or third act mystery/reveal would have made me like the MMC more and agree that they were meant for each other, but honestly I still wish she had ended up with Ronan. Yay for happy endings though.
This was a great ending to the series. It felt a little rushed, but I absolutely love Henry and Abbi. It maintains a great balance of smut and romance. Abbi becomes such a strong and confident character.
I really liked this series and was so sad when it was over. I liked how things were tied up at the end, albeit a bit quickly at the very end. I hope at some point there will be another series with other characters, like Ronan and Conner, that picks up where this series left off. 4*
Surrender to me is the final book in The Wolf Hotel series and the ending, albeit short, gave me so much satisfaction! But the ending felt so rushed! Nina - you need to write another book or at least write an extended epilogue! I need to see how their marriage fares!
I've noticed that a lot of romances I've read lately have the MC falling in love with the H (or h) within a few months - why is that a trend? I mean, it can happen because I guess "you know when you know," but damn if it doesn't create unrealistic expectations. It's starting to become a bookish pet peeve of mine.
Anyway, you must read this book to close out the series and to get that HEA! And talk about steamy! Abbi went from a virgin to a sexual deviant within a few months. It's a bit unrealistic but I'm not complaining!
Again, I felt like the book was too short and ended abruptly - I was left wanting more!
Rating: 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5).
