I really enjoyed the book. It was nice and refreshing to read. I would give it a higher rating but I don't feel like it was the BEST. I hope the next book has more romance

Can't say it's the most detailed or well written plot but it's light and the characters are easy to like.

I'm sad that I didn't really care for this book, as much as I wanted too. This book felt empty, as our main character didn't have a real goal. It's hard to root for someone who doesn't care (and still, somehow, comes out on top). If America, the MC, had a reason to want to win (wether the reason was good or bad), this book would be more enjoyable. The prince felt bland. The ending of this book is clearly meant so that you have to read the second book, but I don't care about the characters, so I have no reason to read on
