I think this is one seriously sad book, I mean poor Pippa everything that she went through.
And what's the deal with Ingrid?

In Old Blood we finally learn more about Pippa! So many questions were answered about her that i had formulated through out the series. We learn about the connections between her, Perry, and Dex. This was not as intense as the rest of the series has been for me but it was a great filler until the next EIT book! LOVE this series!! Oh and i love the cover :)

I wasn't interested enough in Pippa to be happy that my Dex/Perry drama was being interrupted but it was interesting and shed some light on some mysteries. Problem is that the best part of the book is that it slowed me down on the rest of the series. I needed that, otherwise I'd be done with everything right now which would make me sad.

This one's alo about the life of the creepy clown lady or pippa.. It was heartbreaking and sad bit still amazingly written

we also get to see dexs childhood which was a god send because I'm anyways looking for opportunities to figure him out

this was good but I need Dex and Perry

Whew. Leave it to [a:Karina Halle|4785031|Karina Halle|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1333997846p2/4785031.jpg] to deep fry my brain cells one minute, blow my mind out of the water, and then have me depressed and heartbroken the next. (YEP SHE CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST HUMAN BEING EVER)

"Life is such a precious commodity when you're done living it." ~Pippa Lindstrom

This novella is clearly the missing piece of the puzzle. The key that would definitely help 'fill in the blanks' if not, a poignant glimpse into
Spoilerour favorite pair's special ability/curse/gift. Whatever you want to call it.
Nothing ever really makes sense at first, but overtime, as the series moves on and character back-stories begin to unfold I'm like.."ohh, that's why!!!"

“They say your life flashes before your eyes but mine didn’t flash. It crept along slowly and I was forced to relieve all the pain and the few fleeting moments of glory.”

I refuse to dig into this any further or rehash the story line since it'll just spoil major revelations but man, if you haven't read this filler yet, I suggest DO IT. There's so much depth and clarity to it--which many may overlook how useful it can be plus, you'll understand Dex and Perry's entwined relationship and somewhat cosmic connection (Boom! There I go making up strange phrases and shit again, lmfao) even more.

Overall, it was a tragic, eerie and very personal recollection of some of the events and notable people in Creepy Clown Lady's life hence, pivotal enough to move me forward and pump me up for the next installment.

☆☆☆ 3.5 "in-between EIT series" stars.☆☆☆

I'm sure you know the drill by now. Gonna be delving into [b:The Dex-Files|15746858|The Dex-Files (Experiment in Terror, #5.7)|Karina Halle|http://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1344824329s/15746858.jpg|21437922] straight away baby!!! :D

Un relato basado que nos cuenta la triste vida de un personaje secundario pero importante para los protagonistas. Aclara algunas cosas que no está de más saber.

3.5 stars -- was great to read about Pippa, but I was also left confused a lot....but that might just be me. This little novella also suffered from some writing gaffes that took me out of the story again...oh well, I just need to be less picky and more oblivious.
