This was absolutely brilliant, bringing together voices from a variety of backgrounds and areas of activism to create tangible drivers to disrupt non-inclusive discussions. I listened to this on audio but have already ordered a physical copy to scribble all over.

One of the best books on feminism and activism more broadly that I’ve read in years! This is how intersectional, progressive feminism should look like. Besides one dodgy comment about feminism being all about choice which I think is reductive (we should respect choices but also challenge the reasons they’re made and encouraged), this was a really grounded, mature, and thoughtful book about the feminist struggle as it stands in 2024, and I learned a LOT!

Even if you think you’re woke, I’d recommend reading this book and checking yourself.

Often I’ve found that with multiple writers in a book, it becomes homogenous but every one had a distinct voice and POV.

Strongly recommend!
