I read this out loud to my daughter. It was ok… I felt like it was kind of all over the place and didn’t really hook me in. My daughter loved it.

Read this quite a while ago. I don't know if I would have the same feeling towards this book if I had read it for the first time at an older age, but It is very dear to my heart because while it's not the first book I've enjoyed...it is the first book that I felt passionate about. The first book that I actually felt as though I was friends with the characters.
