I've got to be honest, I only read this book because it was free on Apple Books. But, I've also got to be honest about the fact that I kind of loved it. It's trashy and poorly written at times, and absolutely straight off of Wattpad in 2013, but I devoured it in 2 days and now don't know what to do with myself, so consider me on board with this series and these characters.

I won't go into all the things I didn't like about this book, because there are many, but none of them took away from my enjoyment of the story. On pure fun-factor, this book would get five stars, so I'm not going to rant about poor grammar or internalised misogyny or stereotypes or et cetera. Suffice it to say, this book is far from perfect.

But I still had so much fun spending time with these characters in this setting. There's something about the American college setting that is just chef's kiss for the British university dropout in me. So, this book was lots of fun, and I've been pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, I now might have to read the rest of the series. Sucks to be me, I guess.
