DID NOT FINISH: 48%

This book felt like it desperately needed an editor to cut 1/3 of it out. It takes forever to get anywhere at any point. So much redundancy. Half way through the book it felt like I had endured so much and it was still no where near over.

"When I finally kiss you, there won’t be any doubt in your mind that it is real."

Perfection. I absolutely loved this book, and I love Catalina and Aaron. I need an Aaron of my own, honestly. I want compensation for the tears I shed in the last half. I read the "sequel" before reading the first, and honestly, I'm so happy I did because this book was better by a million times.

I am DEVASTATED that this was not a dual POV because I would kill to have Aaron's POV.

I truly don’t like the characters and I think it’s something you could find on wattpad

Listen. Was this a masterpiece? No. Did it have every writing cliché I've ever read in a book? Also yes. Did I physically cringe at "milk me" and "my new favorite limb"? BET.

But it was a fluffy cute wholesome romance and I still think it deserves 4⭐.

*Also, now I've remembered every Gerald I've ever had to deal with and I'm angry. F you, Gerald.*
