This book made me not want to do anything other than reading it this whole day.. which was exactly what I did, by the way.
Also, it felt like a movie set in The Victorian Age. Emotions flooding all over the place and shit.

I was intrigued by this book because it's the first Poirot audiobook I've seen read by David Suchet, who played Poirot brilliantly for years on the TV show. I was interested as to why, when I'm sure they would have let him have his choice if what Poirot to read, he chose this one. This one is different from many others I've read because of the courthouse setting for much of the book, and I find the character of Eleanor Carlisle (sp? I listened to it so J don't know how it's spelled) to be very interesting. Guilty until proven innocent is rather the theme of this book.
