I want to thank NetGalley, Publishers Boldwood Books, and the author J.A. Baker for providing this e-ARC. Which, I will be giving my honest and sincere review.

A Local woman Debora disappears without a trace leaving everyone in her life in shock, her coworkers start questioning her life and their coworkers' behaviours.

We have a multiple POV, Debora's side showing us what she's going through, with the rollercoaster of emotions for not being in control of her life and feelings for not being able to get out of that place alive.

We see other POVs that leave us questioning who did it, some don't even know what they did on that night, the night Debora disappeared.
It was, very interesting to be the one looking into everyone's perspectives and making our conclusions. We also see flashes of past and present. slowly letting us know who did it.

This book wasn't bad and kept me interested but I called it pretty early on on what was happening. It felt like it drug on for longer than it should have - but I think that's because I was pretty sure what was going on so I just kind of wanted to get to it. Not a bad read for a day read!

This is a twisted and dark thriller with multiple points of view, and it keeps you guessing right until the end! With heart-thumping, edge of your seat tension and a barrage of twists at the end, it makes for a good read! The only downside was the ending for me as we were left with a few loose ends and red herrings that weren’t quite brought into the main story like I thought they were going to be.

This book was a total mess with too many moving pieces that didn't truly fit together in the end. We got no satisfying explanations, yet the author pretended to tie things up with a nice bow at the end. Very disappointing.
