Smith is my favorite Comet
Every time Teagan Hunter releases a new book in the Carolina Comets series, I think it’s my favorite. Owen Smith is definitely in the leading spot for favorite Teagan male character! Faced with the potential for retirement when he’s not emotionally ready, he’s willing to have some fun under the radar with a team employee who he had one amazing weekend with two years prior before she became employed by the team.
Emilia is up for a promotion, and wants it badly. A brand new no fraternization rule between staff and players means anything with Smith is a definite no-no. But their chemistry is undeniable, and neither has moved on from their weekend two years prior.
Seriously, Teagan creates the most amazing banter between her characters. The text conversations had me literally laughing out loud on multiple occasions. A spectacular book, highly recommended!

Spicy Hockey Romance
I love a good hockey romance. And these are spicy and fun as well as that fun build. Psyched for the next one!

My second favorite! I love Smith and his broody ways. Smith and Emilia meet in a bar, she’s new in town, he’s a regular. They have one magical weekend, not expecting to see each other again, until Emilia starts her new job as a social media manager for the very same hockey team Smith plays for. This one has dual timelines, age gap, forbidden romance and steam.
4.5⭐️ This is book 4 of the Carolina Comets series, and I can’t stop myself from binging.
Emilia Anderson is the hockey teams’s social media manager, but before she got hired, she spent one magical weekend with Owen Smith, the team’s veteran player. Since the organization has a no fraternization policy between staff and players, the two have kept their distance until she is assigned to create a player profile series on Smith.
This is definitely the steamiest of the books so far! It was clear how badly the two wanted to be together, which made the forbidden aspect so much fun, especially when they had to hide their relationship from their close friends and sneak around. The conflict also fit into the story well and was not added just for the element of the third act breakup. As I always say, Teagan Hunter does banter and text exchanges so well that it happens to be my favorite part of her books.

Sin Bin by Teagan Hunter is a hockey romantic comedy that I listened to on audio narrated by Tim Paige and Callie Dalton. This is the fourth book in the Carolina Comets series.
I love Teagan’s books! I loved the relationship that bloomed between Owen & Emilia. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I can’t wait to jump into the next book in the series Scoring Chance so I can get Miller and Scout's story.
Tim and Callie did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like sports romances, romantic comedies, age gap romance or contemporary romances.

This is not my favorite of this series... I loved Emelia and her ambition. I thought her character development was really strong. Smith isn't my favorite and I think having him contemplate his next career move was a good conflict for him.
What I didn't love what that it felt very insta-lovey... These two characters have been pining for each other for 2 years after spending two days together... I needed to either see more of the conversations they had, or they should've spent a week together. I wanted more of a foundation for them to be so infatuated for so long.
