Loved this book I mean you can鈥檛 go wrong with a hockey romance. Not my favourite of the series but still amazing :) The ending felt a little rushed & the verity reference caught me off guard. Cannot wait for Miller鈥檚 book, if he doesn鈥檛 end up with Scout I don鈥檛 know what i鈥檒l do with myself.

La manera en la que me quer铆a saltar este libro para leerme el de Miller era una tentaci贸n muy grande pero el de Miller a煤n no tiene audiobook as铆 que me fui en orden.
Este libro me resulto MUY BUENO, o sea no le veo nada de malo la relaci贸n de Smith y Emilia empez贸 completamente como cosa de una noche, se separaron y boom se reencontraron el siendo un jugador de hockey profesional del equipo donde el t铆o de ella es el entrenador y 隆sorpresa! Ella trabaja para el equipo de relaciones p煤blicas del equipo y hay una pol铆tica de cero relaciones y bueno ya sabemos a lo que eso lleva. Toda la evoluci贸n de esta historia me pareci贸 re buena, como te explican lo que pas贸 tiempo atr谩s y como ves las toma de decisiones de cada uno. En fin, una buena historia que me dej贸 so帽ando.

This book had a bunch of my absolutely favorite tropes and I absolutely loved this book. I always know I'm in for a good time when I start reading a Teagan Hunter book and this one did not let me down. Age gap? Love it! Second chance romance? My favorite! One night stand vibes? Say no more! And the way all those tropes worked together with the addition of workplace and forbidden romance vibes? An absolute delight, especially paired with the humor of a Teagan Hunter story.
I really loved the relationship between Emilia and Smith. I loved the way they both pined for each other while still trying really hard to follow the rules and then just said "screw it". I also love how they both supported each other and wanted to other to accomplish all their goals. I loved the flashbacks to their weekend together and how they were dispersed throughout the book and I loved the chemistry between the two of them. I also can't pass up the opportunity to mention my love of the side characters and the humor throughout this entire story.
I'll definitely be continuing this series as well as reading everything I can from Teagan Hunter.

I really loved the relationship between Emilia and Smith. I loved the way they both pined for each other while still trying really hard to follow the rules and then just said "screw it". I also love how they both supported each other and wanted to other to accomplish all their goals. I loved the flashbacks to their weekend together and how they were dispersed throughout the book and I loved the chemistry between the two of them. I also can't pass up the opportunity to mention my love of the side characters and the humor throughout this entire story.

I lovvvvvved Smith. I was so excited for Smith because he was just always so good for the guys but it was clear he never let himself have what they did.
Not until Emilia.
Smith's lack of anything outside of hockey was a sucker punch because he was clearly a sweet guy just never let anything else get close to him. He's definitely older and his career is on borrowed time so he's obviously confused when suddenly he has to do this profile for the team. why bother this is clearly his last season, right?
Well, if he was gonna do it, Emilia was gonna be the one he worked with. Dangerous and of course leads to the good parts.
I think this was one of my favorites of the series and it's because of the couple. I love both of them so much on a solo basis but together they are fantastic.
