3/5 - writing was not the best and the comparison between crappy ex to loving new boyfriend was constantly slammed in your face. Would have given it. 2.75, but sometimes you need the dumb/predictable romance books.

Made it about half way through, and it just wasn’t doing it for me. Too close to insta love, and the mmc, while very sweet, focused a lot on the fmc seeming innocent and that killed the spice for me.

This was my first story from Kelsie and I really enjoyed the story and the characters. There was fun banter between Ashlyn and Colt. The narration was great, both Summer Morton and Robert Hatchet are new to me narrators and I enjoyed their performances.

Cute story, feel good and no third act breakup which is refreshing, but it feels surface level and could do with a little more digging into the characters
