What a special book. I think this I’d place this comfortably in my top 5 reads of all time. The nostalgia, the relationship between Tully and Kate, the love story and the humour as well as the emotions that I felt during this read made it a 5 star for me. Have the Kleenex handy.

Another beautifully written Kristin Hannah book. I loved the characters and their relationships with one another. I loved the strong female characters. I think this book was well written although I did read it after finishing the Netflix adaptation and I think it also did do this book justice while adding its own flair that did not take away from the book. All in all I again was taken away with the story that left me in tears yet again like much of KH books do! In a good way! She remains my favorite author and this book did not disappoint.
