I think this is a genuine must-read for everyone currently alive and in the near future. Fuck all the bullshit productivity books and hacks about "how to get everything done". It's time we finally started to understand how to enjoy our lives.
It's so difficult to describe this book in one, or even a handful, of selling points. But especially if you feel like there's always too much on your plate, you never have enough time for what you want to do or try in life, and aren't sure of the paths you're choosing in life - read this one. It doesn't make you take any *action* like waking up at 5am or running around your building three times at midnight during a full moon to summon the enlightenment goblins. It just recalibrates your perspective on life in a way that feels more vast, yet closer to home than ever before.

An insightful musing on the nature of our limited time on earth, and how we choose to allocate it. I enjoyed that this took a more zen-like approach of acceptance, values, and realism, rather than the capitalist, grind culture, productivity-minded tack that many time management books push. I’m looking forward to my library’s book club to discuss what other folks got out of this book, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a gentle entry into learning about being intentional with your time.
