Thank you Libro.fm for providing me with an Audiobook Listening Copy in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this! It was fast-paced and engaging, with compelling characters. I’m usually not a big fan of nonlinear timelines, but this one worked well and wasn’t confusing at all. It kept me guessing the whole time.

Another book club pick! It wasn’t my favorite, but I didn’t absolutely hate it.
I felt some lack of closure surrounding Frank at the end. It had potential, but I was left with a lot of questions. The story was slow, hard to stay focused on, and seemed like it was much filler. The premise drew me in and seemed promising, but lacked the “psychological thriller” aspect I was looking for.

Struggled to finish this one. Slow, very little depth, the side story with her boyfriend seemed forced and irrelevant.

This was our book club pick for the month but it was on my TBR list due to the Baton Rouge connection with the author. I was disappointed in this book. The writing was sophomoric- which I guess shouldn’t have been a surprise since it didn’t start out as a book. The concept was an interesting one but the big reveal was not told well enough to make it believable. Just an unsatisfying read for me. Others seem to love it.
