I really enjoyed this thriller. I loved the twists and turns of all the characters and how it came back full circle.

I read this for Book Club. It was surprisingly good! I liked the premise of this suspenseful book. I wasn’t sure who the killer was, and I liked the unusual way the story wrapped up.

Overall a good read, but just lacked the overall suspense I was going for. But was well written. I liked the professional banter of the lawyer and psychiatrist. 

I liked the twist at the end, but it just fell a little flat

I watch way too many true crime stories for any of this to have surprised me, but it was enjoyable none the less.

A lot of unnecessary scene setting - clothes descriptions, random gestures, etc - and not enough character depth. Story lines fell flat, and as an avid reader of this genre, I pinned the killer by the middle of the book. The ending was a bit too well packaged for me as well - I could have dealt without the last few chapters entirely.

The story was fun, fast paced and thrilling - I listened to the audio book and loved it. I would recommend to folks new to the genre with a big ol trigger warning attached.

A great thriller. Hooks you in from the begging and is good at keeping you guessing until the end. I liked how the story unraveled. There were enough twists to keep it interesting, but not so many that it felt forced.
