I found Mariah and Lance’s story to be an emotional roller coaster. Its full of fun and witty banter, steamy chemistry, heart-warming moments with kids and Nanas, childhood heartache and heart wrenching choices. Thank goodness we are rewarded with a happily ever after at the end of the ride. Lance is a hero you can’t help but love. He’s like an onion and most only see the outer layer, the player, but once Mariah sees the layers beneath she discovers he is kind, caring and loving. Mariah has been hurt by almost all the people in her life, the ones that are supposed to love and care for you, so she is cautious about getting hurt again. I loved seeing her find strength and confidence in herself. I am definitely loving Adriana Locke's Gibson Boys!

This newest from Adriana Locke has rocketed to the top of the list. I love me some Landrys, and Graham will always be bossy in just the right alpha way, but I'm totally hot for this history teacher, Lance Gibson. Introduced in Crank as one of the Gibson boys, Lance gets his own book. I'm a sucker for smart bantering dialog, and this book has it in spades. Hot, sexy, sweet, with just a hint of alpha. Lance and Mariah are a winner pairing. A few twists and turns along the way, and not overly angsty. Makes a great read. So great that I picked it up to read a bit before bed, and I didn't stop until I was finished at after 2 this morning. I love all the Locke Men, but Lance is at the top of the pack now. Shhhh don't tell Graham.

I love these boys. And Mariah was so sweet. I loved that the feelings of insecurity were from the male and that once he sorted things out, he had a grown up discussion.

4.5 stars! What a fun book! A sassy school librarian and a hot nerdy history teacher? Yes please! Adriana Locke has a great thing going with her Gibson Boys series- as I hoped it would after reading Crank (book 1), Craft hit the spot for a fun, fast, flirty read. I LOVED Lance and Mariah separately and together too- they fit so well together and their banter and antics were hilarious. And please give me more Nana! What a hoot! Looking forward to the next Gibson Boys book!
**I voluntarily read an advance copy**
