(I've read "The Promise" Omnibus: includes Books 1-3) I love it. If you loved the A:TLA TV series, then I think you're gonna love this comic book. This colored graphic novel shows what happened after the A:TLA series, and before TLoK series. It tackles colonization and its effects, and it gives you something to reflect on. I would recommend this to all ages. 🙂 The art is also soo beautiful. They showed the process of creation at the back. I wanna appreciate my comics more but idrk how other than rereading it and observing the art. 😅
I thought the entire Sokka Penga thing was weird though.

I love the representation of complex post war issues and the worldbuilding expansion! I especially enjoy Zuko's internal struggle about how to solve the international conflicts as Fire Lord.
