this is the book where I’m finally really invested in the story, and feel like I have (almost?) all the information. (Foolish I know). I’m looking forward to seeing how everyone’s stories develop after the plot altering last 15 chapters. 😮

I love how this series just keeps building!! Every detail is important. It’s soooo well written. It always surprises me when someone or something I thought wasn’t important is, or the other way around. I liked how Thai book felt like it was kind of a preparation book for the next book, although to some this may feel like you are just getting through the training part to get to the real battle I really just love seeing how Celaena’s character is changing and growing. I also loved the new relationships in this book!

I cried reading this book. The story is great and i loved the characters. The POVs change but it’s great. Typical for a Sarah J. Maas book: the last 100 pages everything’s on fire.

Why did Sorscha have to die. What happened to Petrahs Wyvern is so sad. So many bad things happened but it was also funny omg. The end was so so hurtful to read. Ngl, Chaols POVs are kinda boring. I pray that Aedion meets Aelin. The moment between Maeve and Aelin was soo savage (with the citizens not being out of stone). And what happened to Dorian… it broke my heart so much…

Omg what a massive book in the TOG series! It took a while for me to get into this book with the switching perspectives (and so many different characters to focus on too) but I eventually got used to it and loved having so many different characters to explore. Like every Mass book, the last third is just chaos and action-packed but it just makes it so much fun to read! Loved this book.
