I would recommend this book to anyone, whether they think of themselves as a feminist already or not. It's honestly, it's informative, it's entertaining... I loved hearing about the experiences of a whole range of women who I found I could relate to and who give me hope for the future of the feminist movement. I also really enjoyed the inclusivity of this book. It's about all women, not just white british or american women, like many feminist books often are. And I also learned a lot about the history of feminism and what has and is going on in the world. Please read, you won't regret it!

A good book for an introduction to feminism with some good essays included. The history of feminist theory was interesting too but would’ve made more sense at the beginning, before the essays so the ideas in it could be considered throughout.
