So much love for this book!!! I went in with no expectations of knowledge of the story and was hooked within a few pages.
I love that this book follows the entire story of Alice, from early childhood to full adulthood. We meet a variety of characters, and learn how they affect Alice, good or bad.
I was also so happy to hear about Australia, exploring indigenous stories and beliefs. We need more of this in Australian stories.
