I AM SO PROUD OF ZUKO!! THATS MY FIRE LORD!!

Truly though, the character development we see in Zuko in just this one volume is huge, and the connections he's making.. and just UGH superb. The 'Zuzu' did give me some foreshadowy anxiety so I'm really hoping that sweet baby is protected at all costs.

Also yes, I know this is THE Avatar, but it was nice to not have Aang in this one :) I love Zuko :) that is all

The plot with Zuko’s mom is sad and a bit awkward. The double triple pansy cross was good. And complicated dynamic when it comes to Mai’s father.

Completely spoiler-free review: This is a solid continuation. My girls and I are both glad to be able to spend a bit more time with Wang and his crew.
