I love me a book that makes you think about what it means to be a human, and this book had a soft way of making you think. I loved the concept that everything is in fact an illusion and we can dictate what illusions we see in front of us...

This type of book is not something I would normally read but was recommended to me. There were some good lessons in the book, and it brings up some interesting philosophical and religious questions, but I thought it was a bit tedious to get through and I didn’t particularly enjoy the story itself. I think it’s the type of book that you can reread in 5 or 10 years and will impact you in a different way or you will gain something new from reading it.

Sometime last year a friend recommended me this book because I wanted to start reading fiction. And it’s amazing how good this book really is. It was one of the fastest reads I’ve had and best part is how short it is. The story is simple because the message is simple. I recommended this to all of my friends and I’m recommending it to anyone who happens to read this review.
