This was a sweet, light book. Alice's relationship with her dying Dad is the main focus as she struggles with his death as she goes back in time from. Her 40th birthday to her 16th birthday.
I enjoyed the writing and especially descriptive moments of foods she enjoys.

4 liked the concept of time traveling to spend time with parents. I think it’s different in that way where you come to peace with your parents death. I could get but couldn’t understand why she kept being single or married to the same guy. Like what’s up with her only being married to the same man in every situation or single as a Pringle? Arg. That is as frustrating. But everything else good

I am upset that I ended up giving this book 3 stars because the very beginning of it felt like a 5 star book to me. Maybe it was because I went into it not knowing anything about what was on the pages inside, but it felt like so much was happening and it just became too much to me. I started to get really annoyed with Alice and with something’s the Dad said at the end. I love how many great quotable moments there were in the book, and the overall idea was unique and enjoyable to read, I just felt the last half got away from me.
