Gathering my thoughts still.

I still can’t believe that we have seen the last of these amazing characters. I was very excited to read Eli’s book since we first saw him on GoM. I enjoyed this a lot and I cried and laughed too. I did feel like something was missing, like there is more depth to their story, to Eli’s character and how he grew into his feelings for Ava that I would have liked to see more of.

I feel like we needed to see more of their love, not just hear it from other characters. It also felt a bit out of context since the rest of the series is in a college setting too and Ava and Eli felt like two totally different characters than what we’ve seen in the past.

I enjoyed seeing Eli’s sweet moments and Ava’s strength throughout this. So overall it wasn’t my favorite but I still like parts of it. <3
