Exploring in this book: Dating someone with serious mental health issues, maybe? No idea.

I feel like this whole book was just unnecessary. All the other stories were roughly in the same timeline with seeing the same scenes play out through different POVs. This one was 2 years later from all the others, and it barely had any of the previous characters, which just made it feel too separated. Also there's the fact that the romance in it just felt super bleak the whole time. And ofc it was obvious from the start that she'll magically get better in the end so they can be together.. Overall, not impressed, but also not super disappointed. 🤷‍♀️

I love how protective Eli is of Ava it was just a really enjoyable book

I have lots of thoughts but let me sleep on them.
but one thing I’ll say: GoF, GoWrath, GoPain all superior!!!

after I slept on it:

> this is the laziest writing if there ever was any. Romance? Lost in the sauce. I’m not gonna complain about the smut cause I don’t care about that lol but I was suprised about it. So much potential and fun of the plot was lost to the amnesia storyline. it was almost like she couldn’t come up with anything else. their story was cute at times but boring over all comparing to the others. Also the way she try to rectify every fan complaint into one book? Had she just written these extra stuff in an extended epilogue and saved the book for the actual couple to develop them. trying to control the age gap damage actually took away from the authenticity and romance of the plot. it was just again, lazy. Also, the way Eli was marketed at this man with many kinks, all he did was tie her hands lol… the biggest let down however was Cole’s reaction? they were so tame compare to Levi & Xander, again lost to the amnesia plot

loved the bits of the other characters. Especially Remi/Ari and I think it’ll make everyone even more upset that AGAIN we didn’t get a FMC stalker. I for one would have like to end this series with a better book, whether that would be stalker Ariella. But she wasn’t gonna write their book. She should have ended with GoWrath or GoFury as the last book because having this book as the last felt anticlimactic.

lowkey fantastic. wish it was longer bc I loved ava and Eli and their ending really makes me want to read an epilogue novel of all the couples in the series (like the addicted series)
