On my reread journey and I loved this one as much as I did when I was a kid. I remembered parts of it so vividly.

I remembered a twist with Nico,but I couldn’t remember what it was, so I was shocked in the best way possible. I think this is probably the darkest yet considering we have two deaths in it, but I found it the most engaging so far. The whole Percy, Annabeth, Luke, Thalia of it all was really well crafted. Riordan does not let you forget that Luke was their best friend for years. Excited to keep going, and likely finish the next one tomorrow.
