This series seems to get better by every book! The Titan's Curse, the third book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, follows Percy and his Camp-Blood friends along with Artemis' hunters on another quest. They fight a manticore, hitch a ride in Apollo's "chariot," battle skeleton warriors, fly on winged statues, and walk through the junkyard of the gods among numerous other events; in short, this third installment is as fast-paced and action-packed as the other books, maybe even more so.
Some mythological characters make their first appearance in this series after getting a few mentions in previous books. There's a new prophecy and there are quite a few surprises!
I'm enjoying the Greek mythology and the humor that accompanies it; after having thought the first book to be too juvenile for my taste, am glad to find the series maturing since then.

Unexpectedly liked this book more than I thought-- family over everything vs. friends who are like family who would you sacrifice yourself for.

¿qué puedo decir? amo los libros de PJO y La Maldición del Titán no fue la excepción.
sentí muy bonito al releer este libro porque me trajo muchos recuerdos de referencias y chistes de fandom. fue como viajar en el tiempo 10 años atrás.
este libro creo que muestra muy bien como Percy va creciendo. todavía tiene su humor y hasta cierto punto inocencia pero ya entiende mucho mejor el mundo en el que se maneja y su papel. el peligro que va creciendo es cada vez más real.
tal vez mi único comentario sería que sentí la que historia empezó un poco lenta y se tardó un poco en agarrar el ritmo en comparación a los otros dos libros.
amé ver el defecto fatídico de Percy en todo su esplendor. él está dispuesto a hacer lo imposible con tal de salvar a Annabeth. i love it here. aunque justo eso hiciera que ella estuviera muy poco en el libro :c
anyways, smol angry nico… here we go.

Llegit en castellà. M'ha agradat més que quan el vaig llegir la primera vegada. Hi havia detalls q no recordava i crec q ajuden al llibre. Tot i això hi ha coses q no m'agraden gaire com la manera en què estan escrites les caçadores i les filles d'Afrodita.
