There were some high points in this book, but I also felt like there was a lot of filler in the form of "inspirational" quotes that took up entire pages.
Even though I have a good grasp of finance, I like to check out new books on the subject, just in case I've missed something--or if there are new things on the horizon. One thing I've noticed over the past few years is that more and more of the titles are written by women for women. This is a good example of those titles. I appreciate that this title discusses some of the newer aspects of finance, such as identity theft and student loan debt. I also appreciate the number of stories from actual people that are part of the book. It reminds me that I need to go back and look at my finances again and do some tweaking. Recommended.

Simple and short book with pretty classic advice. Good for those who have no financial knowledge and no idea where to start. Bola Sokunbi makes the information very accessible and approachable.
I was really hoping for some fresh ideas, but it just felt like re packaged Dave Ramsey.
