It's good and could be very useful for those who desperately need it. There is comfort here.

Lots of great quotes from this one.

It got a little redundant towards the end... But good overall.

Reading this book felt like a supportive hug.

making a commitment from now on to randomly open up a page of this book when I need a little pick me up. so many little lessons and reminders in here :,)

Hey! Who is cutting onions? Seriously though, this book will make you cry. Matt Haig has written beautifully what many can not put into words. He reminds us to be kind not just to other people, but also to ourselves. The world may seem dark and scary right now, but the author offers glimmers of light and hope. I would suggest this book to anyone who wants to feel seen and/or a comforting book.

I never annotated a book in my life, until now.

I don’t know how Matt Haig does it. Even with the smallest paragraphs, he just hits me right in the feels. There’s no doubt that I will be revisiting this absolute gem over and over again. I’ll always keep it close.

I really wanted to love this, and I got a couple of comforting quotes from it - but I would have rather just had them as quotes, rather than ploughing through the whole book to find them.

Not only comforting. Fucking inspiring.
