read this book because I had never read it as a child and it shows up on many, many book lists. I wish I would have read this as a young teen. It was a very good book. I found it a little slow at first but at about the half way point, it really picked up.

A Wrinkle in Time has been one of my favourite books since I was a kid, and it still gives me chills today. I adored Charles Wallace—his strange brilliance and vulnerability always drew me in. The section in Camazotz with IT was spine-tingling and uncanny, one of the first times I remember a story making me feel so much tension and unease.

Meg, of course, is the heart of the novel. I loved watching her grow, stumble, and ultimately step into her own strength. She’s not perfect, and that’s what makes her such a great character.

While the book has religious undertones, which I usually shy away from (since I’m not religious), they’re not overbearing. Instead, the faith elements tie neatly into the larger themes of love, courage, and hope against impossible odds.

It’s strange, it’s unsettling, and it’s beautiful. A Wrinkle in Time was one of those books that made me realise how powerful stories can be, and why I keep returning to the world of fantasy as both a reader and a writer.

I got this book from the show "Ted Lasso" and I didn't really go in with any expectations.
I liked the book, I can't say that I really loved it, but it was enjoyable and had some great stuff in it.
The last few chapters were probably the best, especially the second to last on that one weird planet with the tall aliens. Their conversations with them about light and seeing things was very interesting.
All in all I don't think I was necessarily the main target audience of this novel, but I was able to enjoy it anyway :)

Picked this up as my 6th grader is reading it in ELA. what a great story about love and faith in one’s self. I look forward to discussing it with him and hear his perspective.

While the story is now 60-70 years old, it stands up to modern times.

One of my favorite childhood books. That and pretty much anything else by Madeleine L'Engle. But I re-read this one my sophomore year of college and still loved it.
