First published in 1934, these stories are surprisingly visceral in their descriptions and subject matter. These give the stories a hint of modernity. More than mere pulp, these stories are well researched and erudite. L.A. Lewis spices the stories with occult references and obscure dark legends. This is the first time it has been available in paperback, allowing more people access to these stories. And if you are a fan of horror and weird, you should read this!
