This wonderful book speaks for itself. Unlike any other ‘self-help’ books out there, this one truly hit me on a personal level. You might recognize some of the philosophical concepts but the magic behind them is the practicality with which they are described. You can apply these concepts anytime and anywhere as soon as you decide that it’s about time to change the way you live.
I see this book as a practical tool or instrument and would highly recommend reading it more than just once and taking notes as you go through the chapters. Understand it and try to find ways to incorporate the concepts into your everyday life. Don’t expect to find quick fixes or solutions in this book but rather embrace the simplicity of the rituals with an open mind.

I think this would be more useful to people who are new to the self-help genre and have not studied yoga, like myself. It didn't tell me anything new, but it wasn't a bad read.

This was painful to listen to. It felt like those long rambling webpages that are trying to sell you a book/course/pill that will unlock all the secrets of a long and happy life if you only spend $199.99/year! It was a shallow book masquerading as an incredibly deep work of art that would unlock all the possible goodness in life.
I think the thing that pissed me off about this the most is that people have spent many years and thousands of hours practicing meditation, yoga, and other activities and skills which have lead them to a more fulfilling life. This book packages a lifetime of experiences into a little bite-sized book that aims to make it seem like these complex things are easy to reach, and that once you've practiced them for a little while your life will be tip-top. Yet there are so many contradications to this - you have to keep on the self improvement train for ever and ever. Both of these are harmful mindsets that I would not recommend to anyone.

"The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" is the story of a man who was a very successful lawyer once arguing in court, he fell due to some health issues and realized that he never worked on his body & soul and then he started his spiritual journey for attaining purpose & peace.
it is a life-changing novel that talks about purpose & self-realization and adds some value to the reader's life.
I would like to recommend this book to those who want to know more about spirituality, purpose & peace.

We are only as busy as the life we follow.
Another line that hit home, if today was your last day on this earth would the stress of work etc be as important as we allow it to be day to day.
