Excessively repetitive, boring and filled with countless excerpts and so called "reviews or case studies". Just count 5,4,3,2,1 and do something when you don't wanna do it. There I saved you time. Go read a real book.

The 5 Second Rule seemed to be a rule that can take about 5 seconds to explain. The book was primarily a collection of testimonials sprinkled with bits and pieces of research and practical tips.

Definitely could’ve gone without all the testimonials and poorly written tweets.

I imagine the actual worthwhile information would fit in a book half this size.

I’m glad I checked this out from the library and didn’t 5-4-3-2-1 buy the book.

This book will teach you about one simple rule that can be applied to anything and help you to get out of your head, and get into doing the thing that you need to do, that your heart wants, ignoring how you feel about it and just doing what you know is needed.

It is a simple but powerful book to learn how to act instead of waiting for things to happen... I loved it!
