Unpopular opinion: season 2 was just mediocre. We’ve strayed too far from the original plot, and the additional characters just dragged out the story. I wish Smythe had kept working with her initial cast and started season 2 with Persephone’s punishment. In many ways, season 2 suffers from middle book syndrome. This just wasn’t a 5 star read.
