A tale of sorrow and hope
Was it just me, or did it seem like the condition of Jool and Onaria’s planet seem possible on ours? It was startling to read about, and east to imagine that happening here. Joel’s journey to save his wife was filled with danger and the unknown, a true adventure. As the story wrapped up, the changes Onaria saw in Jool was apparent to the reader, and the fanaticism of the truly religious was shown. The story ended beautifully, and taught us where the syborgs religion originated.
