Tedious and dense.

Probably the most linear volume so far and it really pays off. Delirium is such a gem of a character and I'm just scared that she's gonna come across incredibly annoying in the show... Coz it would be easily done

"There's no such thing as a one-sided coin."
If you read Gaiman for the face value (violence, sex, basic plot, linearity...), you miss it. You miss everything. This "comic" is glorious in its perfection of intention, character development, beginnings and endings, its very Neil-ness. I'll miss Sandman when it's done. It's yet another brief life.

This is a nice one in the "Sandman" series as it is a complete story (rather than several stories collected together), and it also gives more on the personalities of The Endless & how they interact with one another.

Quite possibly as good as the first few.. definitely one of my favorites in the series so far. Love the character of Delirium and the story arc that brings everything together. Love love love the message that our lives are always brief, no matter how long.

Brilliant, best one so far. I loved meeting the other Endless.

I would give this one 6 stars if I could. Dream who desires constancy on a journey of change to find destruction the endless that embodies change is an amazing story.

This was gorgeous and the most compelling book so far I think. I just wished for more comparison between Dream being kidnapped and away from his realm and Destruction choosing to leave.

My favorite in the series so far.

The first book in the series that I struggled to finish. Drags on and feels a bit pointless
