My actual rating is a 4.5. This book was amazing!
Julianna's insecurities were very realistic, given her past and I thought her development was well written with her feelings for Titan being mixed up with how she normally handle a similar situation with men. I liked that Titan made her feel secure to talk about her past. A possessive Titan was hot but I'm glad that Julianna called him out for over stepping and I really empathized with her wanting to handle her situation herself.
The side characters were great and I loved that they weren't just ancillary. They felt just as developed and Julianna and Titan. They had stuff going on too even if we haven't seen it yet it was clear they all were their own person with different personalities. I don't have a particular reason but I was so intrigued by Dredd, I want to know everything about him. I also really liked Eden and Rook.
The spice was so good, I had to fan myself a couple times. I felt it was well placed through out the book and didn't detract from the story. Because I loved the plot, I was hesitant at first because I was like I don't care about what else is going on I just want the romance. But then I couldn't put the book down and was excited to see what was going to happen next, there was a good balance.
Overall this was a great book and If you are looking for an intriguing and spicy read this checked all the boxes for me and I looking forward to reading more from this author.
**I received this book as an ARC from the author in an exchange for an honest review, all thoughts are my own.**

OMG. The characters and the spice. I couldn't put it down. And will definitely reread it a couple dozen times.
This is a new author and I can not wait to see what she gives us next.
Love the world she built and the great characters that while not main pairing, that hopefully will get some main screen time.

4.5/5 spice for sure, but some parts were just a bit much for me. Not the spicy scenes, those were all amazing, but the other characters were not quite fleshed out enough.
Overall, really great book and I’d re-read for the spicy scenes but I’d skip through the rest of the book to get to them.

I was excited for this as it's Daddy dom without the age play... GIMME. However, I do feel with this genre that it's so easy for authors to overuse the term "Daddy, baby girl, good girl" etc and it takes away the excitement from reading it. At least that's how I personally feel, so parts of this were a little too much but definitely not as bad as some others I have read. Overall not a bad storyline, I was looking for a convo about her mortality and how he's going to handle her growing old whilst he's still rocking (pardon the pun) the whole never aging issue, but alas it didn't come up. Also wanted to see her mother SUFFER *sigh*

I was expecting kinky gargoyle sex, which obviously there was, but I was not expecting a fully fleshed out plot?? And multidimensional characters?! And world building!! I read this as a smutty palate cleanser but ended up seriously loving it. The next book is supposed to be primal/hunting kink and whooooo baby am I excited.
the smut in the book was good but the plot…wow…the plot…not good. honestly i skipped through 20% of the book because the plot was very uninteresting and i couldn’t focus on it.
