Slightly repetitive in parts but I assume this is to reiterate the main points for those of who might be neurodivergent (and may have poor working memory). This is set out very much like a textbook so some may find the audio version of this a bit slow. 

I found it incredibly informative and validating and I am interested in getting a text copy as Ellie includes very helpful actionable checklists to work through.
