Amazing book, but that ending….
Those endings leave a bad taste in my mouth. I mean the book was a solid 5 stars but why not finish the plot arc and the end the book on some other cliff hanger. Seems weird and unfulfilling.
Feels like I've just killed the final boss in a raid tier. Had a blast and loved the ride, but I can't see my loot or achievements until the next expansion launches.
I am very much OK with cliffhangers as long as you at least conclude the arc of the books plot. All that build up for something vague is weak. :/

Clyde is taking more risks and, dare I say it, being more heroic. It's nice. I just wish he took more time to research and plan.
