This was too cute. A YA romcom, but not a young YA. 13 Going on 30 vibes. Love the messages throughout the book on having compassion for yourself at all phases of life, as well as offering that compassion to others. This had me laughing out loud and rooting for the MCs.

Cute little coming of age story. My library had it shelved under the adult section but it certainly reads more YA. Nevertheless, Woke Up Like This was a cosy and easy read that I enjoyed, with a couple of life lessons thrown in.

Because who DOESN'T love a rivals to lovers high school prom romance that has a time travel element? Very nostalgic YA read that tugs at the heart strings. Could definitely see this as a Netflix movie.

I loved the concept of this book so much and was so excited to read it once I saw the description. Unfortunately I wasn’t super sold on the romance. I kinda wish it was longer and they spent more time in the future timeline. I also wish we got an epilogue in the future to see if things ended up going to same way lol. In terms of the characters I felt that Charlotte was a little unreasonable at times. Some pretty cute moments though. This is more of a YA than adult.
