Unfortunately this was boring. The story just kept dragging on I was barely interested enough to find out who killed the family. None of the characters are likable. I didn’t guess the ending but it didn’t have much of a shock factor :/ I was expecting more but oh well

i accidentally deleted this book from my books and for the life of me cannot find any screenshot of my review anywhere BUT. i really liked this book, it definitely screwed with my mind a little, and it was a bit boring at times, but i really enjoyed all of the interpersonal relationships that came about from it. solid read

Gillian Flynn is the queen of suspense. Her novel Dark Places is no exception. It will have you eating every page, on the edge of your seat the whole way.
