Ein fieberhaftes Buch, unklassifizierbar und reich an Interpretationspotential. Im Kern geht es um Betrug—Betrug des Staates, des Gerichts, der Partnerin, des Selbst… und um Mangel an Rechenschaft, beidseitiger, nämlich vonseiten des Anklägers und des Angeklagten, d.h. des schuldigen Anklägers und des schuldigen Angeklagten. 
Es geht um das ewige Verharren zwischen diesen zwei Identitäten, die sich niemals versöhnen lassen werden, da der Mensch beides zugleich ist: Täter und Opfer.

The beginning of the story was interesting, but then it seemed to spread out and became flat in my eyes. I think the book and its ending show that the author didn't have time to finish it. The abrupt ending in particular felt random and disappointing.
