HEART WRENCHINGLY BEAUTIFUL.

I read this book a while back and realised I didn’t review it, what a great excuse for a reread and more to to say just incredible this story is.

Dean and Alison’s story is heart wrenchingly beautiful, my heart breaks for them in different ways. They both have their own inner demons that threaten to consume them from the inside out.
Willow Winters writes with so much deep seated emotions it’s impossible to not feel at one with her characters. Her scenes play out vividly and the chemistry between the characters is so tangible.

5/5 heart wrenchingly beautiful stars.

This is my first book by Willow Winters, and it for sure will not be my last. This book really did something to me. This book hit me right in my gut and really made me think deeply about the message of this book. I felt things that maybe I didn’t wanna feel for both Dean and Allison, our main characters. Both of them are broken people and come from unfortunate home situations and I wanted nothing but good things to come to both of them. From the first few pages I was really drawn into Willow Winters writing, it helped me paint a vivid picture of what was going on, what the characters look like and the setting of where this book takes place. By the first half of the book, I had an idea of what the plot was but I didn’t know the tiny details that pull everything together.

I’ve been meaning to read Willow Winters books for the longest time. I’ve heard countless great things about her books, her writing, and the characters she comes up with. And DAMN. I am here for it. Her writing is phenomenal, almost lyrical in a way. The entire flow of the book was great and nothing seems to miss a beat. There are some books that you read that just stick with you for a long time, for me, I think this book is one of them. I read this book a week ago and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read!
