First time listening to a full production like this and flew through it! So much fun to listen through!!

The story was intriguing as it was based on actual events. The narrators were very good, all performances were solid especially Rachel Brosnahan. The story bounced around with breaks of annoying music signaling a change of scene or time passage--it was hard to get infested in the whole thing.
Overall the story kept promising more but really never delivered. The story structure didn't pull you in so there is no disappointment in pausing or stopping the at any point.

What an interesting story this was and a very fun listen. Kind of pathetic of all the famous men hanging on her adoration and her fantasy creations. More like a radiocast or whatever those things were called than a book. I enjoyed it whatever it was though.

3.5 if not 4 stars. WOAH HAHA this was such a random find. I got an ad for it on Instagram from the actress Rachel Brosnahan (she’s well known for her character in Marvelous Mrs. Masel and she narrates it). It’s an audible exclusive and very interesting. It’s sound bites from phone calls between the character she plays and these celebrity men, and how she gets close to them. It’s based off a true story. I liked this short story a lot!! I flew through it (it’s only a 2-3 hour audio book, and my audio books are always sped up) so I didn’t get attached. It was really odd and fast paced. But I enjoyed it!

A little slow in the beginning. And it takes a minute to understand the format. By chapter 3 I was completely hooked!

This was based on a real life story about a similar real life situation, which I'm going to have to track down now! This was sexy and fun, but with no spoilers, I wish the ending had been different :(

The Miranda Obsession (J. Silverman): A full (steller) cast audiodrama based on real events and persons. Miranda was a mysterious woman talking on the phone to the stars in the 80s and always reinventing herself. A must listen that will keep you on the edge of your seat! Plus Milo Ventimiglia. You're welcome.

Saw an ad for this and immediately said yes once I saw Milo Ventimiglia was a part of it (Rachel Brosnahan was great too). Story was interesting, but lacking. Formally petitioning the heavens above to have Milo Ventimiglia narrate an entire audiobook.
