predictable plot twist and it literally does what it says on the tin (spicy dark caraval that’s literally what this is) so it’s totally on me that i missed the spicy part of the description but can someone please agree with me that “fucking your feelings away” sex scenes are boring bc this book has at least four and they’re all the same

The characters are okay, although some bits felt rushed and therefore a bit confusing like we were just jumping to the good bit. But that made the good bit not as good as it could've been.
This story had me captivated. I loved the games and wit between Blackwell and Ophelia. Trying to see who was trustworthy and who wasn't. The setting and story were amazing. I did question it at first, once I was in I was hooked. I loved it! I had heard it was like Adult Hunger Games with the nine circles of Hell and that is a great way to look at it. The hype is worth it!
