This book is written from the Capaldi doctor regeneration. It was written so well in this doctors voice I was able to hear him in my head as I read the words. It's a great book that recaps some major events throughout our history and what happened in the Whoniverse.

A light, easy read that's no more than 176 pages. There's drawings and pictures to go with it. Really liked it.

Kind of meh if you're an adult... would be pretty entertaining if you're a younger DW fan, though.

Really interesting guide of history of humankind modified to match some Doctor Who events. It's written as it was edited by the twelfth Doctor.
I really love this official guides, they're so much fun. (I saw they published another one, I have to have it soon!)

This was a nice little overview of some of the historical adventures the Doctor has embarked on over the course of the show. It would be great for kids interested in the show!

a little boring at times, I would have liked more of the Doctor’s opinions and personality in there and less summaries of old episodes.

Pretty but ultimately useless. Very much a filler book for my shelf
