Honestly, this would have been a 5 star read for me, but it really felt like a gateway drug into furry fanfic and if I think too long on that I feel icky.

Fantastic job by Hazelwood, though. Solid, solid book.

I'm mad at how much I liked this. I so badly wanted to dislike this, but dammit.

This was easy to read, I could turn my brain off and just  enjoy reading. Easiest way to get out of a slump. 

I was here for the tension, I was here for the male MC. I was here for his thoughts at the start of every chapter. 

I finished it and immediately wanted to re-read.

I think I saw some actor on TikTok reading this and thought well, they were having fun with it, I wanna have fun. So I picked this up and inhaled this book. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I thought I would but I've always been a sucker for werewolves.
